A recent article in the New York Times (link above) announces the coming release of “Hos, Hookers, Call Girls, and Rent Boys,” a collection of “essays, vignettes, rants and poems,” edited by David Henry Sterry, a former real-life hustler, and R.J. Martin Jr., who works for the SAGE Project (Stand Against Global Exploitation.) The pieces in the collection are actually produced by male and female sex workers offering both humor and insight in recounting their stories in their own words. (more…)
